Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer/Planner? Join our Global Operations Team and ensure supply meets customer demand. This role is critical in working directly with our various represented factories and internal sales team to manage customer orders.

Communicate to the internal sales team when orders are dated and notify the team of any issues or discrepancies. This position requires an organized, self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to drive operational excellence.

YOUR MISSION

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Place purchase orders to our factory partners which correlate to customer-booked orders. Diligently follow up regarding due dates and communicate to inside sales accordingly. Manage the communication between factories and inside sales to align production schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and ensure on-time-deliveries, safety stock, and inventory levels to optimize price breaks while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare basic reports for management to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Work with multiple departments, including manufacturing, finance, IT, product managers, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Serve as a liaison between different teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support in customer service: Processing incoming orders, quotation creation and active follow-up. Back up for internal sales team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or other related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or production scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with planning software and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in placing orders to respective factories.
  • You have a strong customer and sales focus and excellent communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in the sensors, semiconductor, or technology industry.
  • Experience with Tariffs, RMAs, CARs, CofC’s, RFQs, & Incoterms.
